線上服務:

早上至下午

1. 請到 Zoom Download 下載免費 Zoom 在電腦上 或在android手機上到Google Play 下載Zoom 或在iPhone的App store 裡下載
2. 請在課程開始進行的前五分鐘點選以下您報名的課程連結 再輸入老師提供的密碼進入課程
3. 成功進到Zoom課程裡請立刻改名到這樣的格式:{英文大名 -中文大名}
4. 請把耳機戴上 避免任何雜音或回音
4. 老師會提供Google drive 資料夾的連結。連結含有所有課程裡的文件。每天的晚上10:30後上課錄影連結會出現在資料夾裡。沒能準時上課的學生可以透過這補課。因為雲端的存儲量有限,課程的影片會在24小時內自動刪除。所以沒到班的同學要在24小時以內下載課程錄影到自己電腦上。下載後能夠隨時補課。

1. 請到 zoom downloads 下載免費 Zoom 在電腦上 或在android手機上到Google Play 下載Zoom 或在iPhone的App store 裡下載,在用我們提供提帳號+密碼登入Zoom。不要用個人帳號。
2.在上課前10分鐘在下方點選你要上的課程。
3.Zoom 會跳出來 (還沒有下載在電腦上的話可以在這時下載)老師不用密碼,你已經有主持權限了。
4. 老師會提供Google Drive 資料夾連結給學生,裡頭會包含所有課程需要的文件。裡面10:30之後資料夾會出現補課錄影連結。
5.老師請跟學生講說因為雲端的存儲量有限,課程的影片會在24小時內自動刪除。所以沒到班的同學要在24小時以內下載課錄影到自結的電腦上。下載後能夠隨時補課。

*****老師如果需要任何幫忙會有大家的協助******

1.Download zoom on your computer then sign in on the desktop version by inputing the user ID and account password that we provide.
2.You can access your zoom class ten minutes before the start of class by clicking on your class at the bottom of this page
3.Teachers will access the classroom as a host automatically without the need to type in a password. If you don’t already have Zoom, then it will prompt you to download and install the program. Students will need to type in the password we provide to access classes.
4.We will provide students with the google drive folder link for the class that you are teaching. The folder will be used to store all of the teaching files that you as the teacher and your students will need. Please provide us with your gmail username so we can grant you editing privileges for this folder. Students will only have viewing privileges, but they will be able to download all of the files to their local drive.
5.Please inform students that given the cloud storage limit on zoom, all class recordings will be automatically deleted after 24 hours. So any absentees will need to click on a provided link and watch the recorded session to make up classes within 24 hours. We will provide this link to the students.

親愛的伯大尼家長好,

在這疫情嚴峻的時刻,我們很幸運的仍能很順暢的在網路上學習,停課不停學是我們的宗旨。
以下是我們經過一周線上上課後的幾個小小要求,請家長一定要轉告學生所有注意事項,畢竟線上上課不比現場,一定要把品質做出來,學生才能不停學。煩請家長協助以下事務以利上課時更有效能和效率,謝謝協助。

1. 儘量用電腦而不是手機上課
2. 請把有麥克風的耳機戴上以避免任何雜音或回音,貼心提醒沒有麥克風的耳機無法對話,上英文課時是必要的
3. 進入課程後上課學生須把中英文名字改成自己的,以利老師確認上課學生身分
4. 為維持上課品質,確認學生上線時的鏡頭和麥克風應開啟,否則無法確認孩子是否有專注上課或回答問題
特此提醒老師端看得到學生是否有鏡和麥可風功能,若在老師的數次要求下不開麥和鏡頭,我們會讓孩子先下線以保障大家上課權益
課後我們再寄上課連結給家長,請自行在24小時內完成下載並補課
**因無法申請退回上課費用,請學生配合老師要求**
5. 為維護上課品質,課程中若學生周邊的音量太大老師會將學生麥克風關閉。如老師要求你開麥克風,請自行打開麥克風功能。
6. 請孩子不要點選取得主持權,因為主持權是老師的
7. 課程不小心按到離開時,請重新點選 online classes 再連結一次進如課程
8. 上課屢勸不聽老師課程指導,會簡訊通知父母,也會將干擾他人上課的孩子“下課”,以保持教學品質,課後也會寄連結讓孩子補課
9. 除非急事,學生請勿隨意下線離開課程
10. 協助孩子學會一些基本操作,以免上課時不會使用以致終止課程
11. 為保障個資不外流,請不要與他人(含老師)共享個人聯繫資訊,比如email、手機號碼、臉書、Instagram 、等等

Class Rules:
1. Please use a computer instead of a smartphone device if you can.
2. Plug in earphones to minimize unnecessary echoing or ambient sound.
3. Change your participant name to [English name, Chinese name] upon entering the meeting session so that the teacher may identify you.
4. Turn on your video and microphone so that you can interact with the teacher, just like in a physical classroom. If we cannot see you, then we don’t know if you are actually participating.
5. Sometimes, the teacher may decide to mute you if you or your surroundings are disrupting the class. However, if teacher requests to unmute you, then please accept so that you can continue participating.
6. Please do not request hosting privileges from the teacher, since the the teacher will be the only host of the class session.
7. If you accidentally exit the meeting, please enter online classes and access the class again.
8. If you continually disrupt the class or display unrelentingly uncooperative behavior, then we will notify your parents and remove you from the class session. You will still have access to the class recording to make up the class on your own time.
9. Unless there’s an emergency, do not leave the class while it’s in session.
10. If you do not know how to use a feature in Zoom, please do a Google search or ask someone before asking the teacher for assistance. We will provide technical assistance to you if necessary.
11. Please do not exchange your contact information i.e. social media, email, phone number, with any other member in class, including the teacher.
